Gregory G. Dolnikowski, PhD is Scientist I and manager of the Mass Spectrometry Unit at the HNRCA. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Dr. Dolnikowski does collaborative research with a diverse group of laboratories whose interests include DNA methylation, carotenoid and retinoid metabolism, Vitamin D and Vitamin K metabolism, apolipoprotein kinetics, flavonoid composition of foods, fatty acid metabolism, lipidomics and proteomics. He is a member of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry and the American Society of Nutrition.
