A first-of-its-kind study investigates the connections between physical activity and health in older adults

Volunteer for a current research study:
VIVE2 Study: Efficacy of nutritional supplementation on physical-activity mediated changes in physical functioning older adults.
The purpose of the study is to compare the effects of a 6 month structured physical activity program with daily nutritional supplementation or placebo on changes in functional limitations in older adults with mobility limitations at baseline.
